Except......
Its pretty beat up.
She once hit a parked truck and sliced through the front and back passenger side doors so i replaced them over the next weekend.
Covered in bumps and dings.
So ive made it my mission to clean it up abit.
BUT....
My gf had other ideas.
PINK IDEAS
So now it boasts....
Pink Windscreen Wipers (front and back)
Pink number plate surrounds
Pink P Plate holders
And tomorrow.... it will beholding another pink surprise.
Ill get more pictures of the horrible-ness for you guys tomorrow.
But on a real note, ive signed up to get help as it has some running problems and other cosmetic problems so hopefully you guys can help me out :)
Cheers,
Buster

OH also.
As you can see in the photo....
The front passenger side door we got from the wreckers has tint... the rear didnt. Same as the other windows.
So her passenger side door is the only one with tint. Hahaha!
Also it has a nice JVC headunit and some JVC 6' in the front and back.

Haha well I'm hoping to learn more about the engines etc. So far all I know is that it's a 1.6l efi. Haha I'm a bit of a Nissan boy so I'm only used to SR20 etc

No actually. It's Actually incredibly easy.
You remove all the pillar trims etc. Take off all the interior things like sunvisors, handles and light and then your roof practically falls off.
Cut your fabric to shape but leave like 1cm of over hang. Now there's two ways to go.
1)rip off your old fabric and clean up all the old glue and foam from the back board. Lay down some new upholstry foam (Clark rubber has some great stuff) let it dry and then apply the new fabric on top
The glue you want to use is a fabric spray adhesive. You can get it at spotlight etc
2) just lay the new fabric on top of the old fabric. This works best if your old fabric isn't sagging etc and your just going for a new look. It's quicker and some say not as reliable but I've seen many people who have just done this and it's lasted for years. You just have to do a good job.
Then piece it back together and BAM! New trimmings!

Ok so did the door trims today. Same process and relatively easy!

So plans are to do lower parts of the doors plus sunvisors etc. Probably do them all in suede black
