Any mechanic who's in the "know" can install a kit. Get your self a JR (Jackson Racing) kit from the USA.
Iv got a few JR / Hondata powered honda's that iv tuned in Australia running them and they work / tune up nicely

I honestly dont know much bout force induction tc or sc. I just listen in when people talk about it and i heard JR S/C is very good yet pricey.
