the high pitch whistle is normal and there's a diy in your user manual

Or

You can use any diff oil

I've used Redline and also Motul didn't notice a difference.

are you saying the high pitch whistle as in diff whine ? or are you talking about something else all together ?

no not diff whine, it has something to do with the intake all hondas do it. I rekon it sounds cool, unless your talking about a different sound. Normally happens with partial throttle

Google Honda Whistle it's quite normal and it happens on most hondas, sometimes even on other branded cars no idea why but.

am thinking of using this

motul SAE90.... seems to be the same as what the manual asks for however its says its suitable for GL4/GL5 which has me a bit stumped since the manual specifically asks for a GL5... how can an oil be used for both !

try turning off your stereo all together. sounds like a grounding issue to me...
