Has anyone done this to their 3 pc rims before? The costs involved - is it worth it?
I have two sets of 3pc rims that are of ordinary offsets and am currently looking at changing the lips on them to make a better offset/width.
Taking them apart sort of like this:

I've did a 2 Pc (BBS LM) just recently, and i gotta say even tho it being 2 Pc (does not require reseal) you gotta be prepared to do the hard yards. stuff like cleaning the bolts + nuts, the rim resealing etc takes alot of time.
I reckon if you have the tools for it already like torque wrenchs, loctite 242/243, the snap ons. then yeah go for it not much than just a couple of weekends.

Damn that's cool, so you can just keep changing it with all these different lips and stuff? Nice to know they can come apart and have a nice clean :)
