My rev's jump from about 5.5-6
The Needel on the dash jumps, so as the engine, it sounds like its missfiring-pining. hitting revlimter back and forth .

For God's sake dude be more specific. 'Driving' as in accelerating? Braking? Shifting up/down? Cold engine? Warm? Neutral or in-gear?

Check/Replace/Adjust in this order:

Spark plugs (are they the right ones? still sparking every time? got fuel or anything on them?)
Distributor
Ignition coil
Spark leads
Ignition timing (if it's seriously advanced or retarded this would probably explain it perfectly, make sure you adjust it perfectly)
Fuel system? (pump maybe?)

Has it only just started doing this? Or has it been doing it for a while/since you got it?

Do you get a check engine light?

I've got my bets on that it's something in the ignition system.

Best of luck!

Plenty of people know what they're talking about... you just have a problem communicating in basic english.
