I don't really like the look of it for some reason... Though the airbrushing is nice on the pink car ;)

I reckon your car looks better without it

I reakon it would make ur car look sick. Your car looks a bit plain atm. Front kit is a bit out there but the side skirt for sure will add character to ur car that it needs. If i'm correct its an xtreme kit yes? Looks like my kit for accords. Remember theres two main groups out here, stock looks and ricers. I'm a ricer and I like to rice up cars.

firstly... noice colour mate! sure stands out

well, as for the kit... like u said ur cars look too SIMILAR! if u got that kit, u'll look like that car! imo, the front bumper doesn't flow wif the accord shape... abit jaggeredy for my taste in that style. skirts and rear are nice tho. but that's just my taste ;) but if u like it get it anyways!

The spoiler on the blue car looks poo but the one on the pink car looks nice. You have to get that spoiler. Pink back bumper looks real hetic too.

f**k what we all think, even including me.

if you like it. then do it. you are the one thats gonna be driving it, so its better to have you driving soemthing you liek, rather than something everyone else likes.

well good luck anyway

Hmm... I dont classify me being in the 'stock look' group. I love bodykits, but i dont like kits that try to make the car look like its 'full hektic' or like the bumpers you showed. I prefer my kits to flow well with the body of the car, and to look FAT.

Rear bumper has too much going on IMO - i like the clean, WIDE, low kits instead... Expecially on an Accord. Maybe an R33 Kit would look better; Those kits are more suited to a Civic...

But thats just me! Its up to you in the end...

a lot of you see the kit as hektic which i spose is one of the descriptions that springs straight to mind, but compared to that maroon version up here, mines not a stock colour i guess you could say its a more out there colour compared to some of the other accords around.

i was talking to my mate the other day about it and we though due to the colour its a lot easier to 'get away' with have a crazy kinda kit on there than with a stock dull colour. I do like the R33 style kit but something about my car and the colour its ended up has made me want to go the direction of 'wild' more so than 'mild'

If i was the get a spoiler id get the one like the white cars, but at the moment i wasnt going to put a wing on. but we'll see once the kits on.

As stated before my car looks to plain on the outside, with the complete interior and rims the paintjob is a bit wasted with the stock bars. I considered some decals to change the look of the exterior but then i decided it was time for the kit.

Please keep to opinions coming, whether theyre "thats a f***ed kit' or 'thats hot'

and ZCO i do want to hear what other people think, i mean i dont wanna drive a car that is hated haha, kinda defeats the purpose and a kit that i was happy with i now hate due to the response of the people looking at it

Thanks heaps guys and keep the opinions coming

Thanks again,
Dave

yeah mate its the accord equivalent of the EVO kit on lancers....but not as common.

I am also a ricer i guess....seeing the description of ricers has gone from "HKS sponsored Non Turbos" and the like to people who change from clean lined kits to mental out there kits  to rice :P

28RAG: don't get the hektic kit. IMO it looks like shit and sooooo many cars have it cos its the only onshelf kit everyone can get. Order your kit of ebay usa. u'll end up paying as much as a kit from over here and it'll be much nicer.
one of us is gonna need a kit so people don't mix us up!

i dont like the kits you put pictures of, the front bar is just an add on lip which looks like a cheese grater and the rear bar has tooo much missing out of it.

side skirts look like aero plane wings and the rear wing...well, to me it looks like a picnic table.

TranceGL, thats a nice looking kit. And the colour is pretty sweet too - the side profile looks so much like a prelude (current shape).

Dunno about the chicken mesh though...

sorry i didnt realise you'd posted earlier, though it was just some idiot just putting in some pointless post.

well i actually ordered that kit yesterday due to the time taken to get a kit from the states, but i have an importer and i will be importing a better kit from the states later in the year, im just sick of the stock look and im too impatient to wait till i can get one from the states.

thanks for the comments guys, hopefully it looks alright.

if i had more options then yeah, but the lack of kits, thus is why i chose something more out there and i can slowly change the kit to something custom

nah man, just stick out with stock and save ur money!!! listen to everyone!!!! haha
if its worth doin, its worth doin well. a kit from the states should only take bout 3 weeks air mail and will only cost u $800. How do i know? cos my mates have imported kits b4 and they got them pretty quick.

28RAG
12-01-2005, 12:05 PM
kit only cost me $800 will be here tomorrow (ordered monday) and will cost me $400 to paint and fit :D

i'll be getting a kit out of the states at the end of the year so my car wont look the same for more than 12 months
