swap over the ballast from the still working side to the non working side.

if the non working side then starts working, the ballast on that side is faulty, if after swapping ballasts it still doesnt work, the bulb is faulty.

could be what happens to mine sometimes....if so just needs to be un-plugged then plugged back in or push the sockets hard together...

or sometimes i just flick the lights on and of a couple times and it starts up then works fine.....
