Hey, just bought a bb6, stock as a rock. Quick (bad) phone pic attached. The 120k service is due and it needs a new water pump too (wasnt done at 100k, zzz). Before that it needs a clean/degrease to see if an old leak just wasn't cleaned properly or is still leaking.

So yea I'm looking for a decent mechanic to take it too, was thinking of Honda Care at sumner park? Any feedback on those guys or other suggestions?

Samoth, the water pump is not really specified at a time limit and they usually make it to 200k. More important is to change the timing belt every 100k, and since the water pump is run by the timing belt thats why some people replace it at the same time. If water pump is not noisy or leaking its not really necessary to do, but yeah it isn't a bad idea to put one in whilst your already paying for the labour to get to the timing belt. So do you know if the timing belt was done at 100k? Pm me if you want to talk about servicing or getting some work done and i'll send you some prices :)
