4wd lude, are u insane? lol, better off getting a older gen civic with 4wd, or a wrx as such...its one thing to dream about it, another to make it work.... id imagine u would need a fair bit of chassis mod, re working the whole rear subframe, making a new transmission/driveshaft tunnel, getting the right gearbox to mate up.... so many things to think of, id say u be looking into 6k or more.... an plus to engineer it as a 4wd, even more $$$, i remember awhile ago some guy modded a lancer to evo specs, 4wd running gear as such in a 2 door lancer, lets just say he could brought a evo7 in the end lol
what u mean wheel spin in a honda? ahahaha jks jks, just get good tires an u be set :)

i estimate more than 6k, the 6k would prob cover your metal fab work along to get this done. its almost like building a while new under carrage and half the chassie. not an esay, cheap or quick option. Best place to start if you serious would be to get the spec or a model of the 4wd system your thinking of using and get a model of your car, then see a fab shop and ask how much to make this fit into that!
expect lots n lots of custom work and big cash if you happen to brake something later on

check out Preludepower.com and look in the 5th Gen section. SOmeone just recently put a j series legend V6 in a sth gen and I'm sure there'll be answers there for you. And I agree with the post just above.. LOTS of fab work involved.. Still.. would be great to see.
