k20a in limp mode

hey guys i got an eg with a kswap k20a the starts and all but when i go to drive it it wont rev past 3500rpm i got an engine check light im going to check that tomorrow but anyone knows or thinks what it could be that could help me out a little

Does it have a Kpro?

IF its does, hook up a laptop and check what error codes is coming up. Post the results on here and we can help you out

im running on stock ecu i got k pro coming tho

can i just check it like you do on bseries how you jump the plug and get error codes
