Answer is yes Koni yellows can be rebuilt, take the shocks to the place where you bought the shocks from they will do it for you, my friend just rebuilt his

i think its about $250 for four , resealed....and you can change the damper rate included while u are at it :)

What about heasmans ?

Heasmans does have a nice damper lab setup. They mainly do under the bilstein name, but I guess it wouldnt hurt to ask if they could do the Koni's, basically the same thing, different name.

koni is listed in phone book, why not call them (or email them) and find the nearest reseller or person they recommend to do it

Sorry it has taken me a while to reply to your question, the ost associated with rebuilding the koni yellow shock is as follows:

* this is the standard price koni charge

$70-$90 per shock before work is started on the rebuild

additional costs are parts that are required for the rebuild that is the unknown factor you may be looking at +300 to do it, my friend was charged around 400 for the rebuild of his shocks
