is my clutch ok? help me !

Well i just got a new exedy sports organic clutch installed for my ep3...

car has done 500km with the new clutch now, however

everytime i start the car up i reverse out of the garage then when i shift from reverse to 1st gear and release the clutch to friction point for car to move it makes a whining noise. but once car is warmed up theres no more of that 'whining' noise.

also id like to ask is it normal that in 1st gear releasing the clutch to friction point the whole car rattles pretty bad and i need to give it abit of gas for it to start moving because riding the clutch on friction point it doesnt move much at all.

is my clutch slipping or anything?

Nar clutch slipping youd hear something, but it wouldnt shake like that I wouldnt think. More of a little squeal from the clutch and an extremely light and gradual gaining of power as it starts reversing.

Synchros ok? I know on Hondas (particularly mine) the synchros dont like reverse and theres no meshing on the reverse gear (im told).

Give it a few weeks so the clutch can wear in more

yeah when i first had the clutch installed it shaked way more. like a mini earthquake within the car lol. synchros are fine.....i guess ill just give it some more time
