pre facelift front bar - cross bar / mesh removal?

Hi guys, sorry for title, hard to explain.
I'm looking at removing or taking apart the black bit in the middle/bottom of the EK front bar.

Mine has been sprayed white, the cross plastic bits, I wanna either remove it all together, or take it out to spray black.

Anyone removed it before? is it difficult, how can it be done.

Im pretty sure you cant take it out as its moulded on.

Just take off the front bar, mask it properly and spray

its actualy part of the front bar u cant seperate it, either cut it out and mesh it or do what flipfire suggested
