Cig Lighter Point not working - Accord 2005

Guys ,

For some reasons all my cig lighter points in my accord and not working , i have 3 points , checked all but they dont work . I tried charging my phone and tried heating cig lighter but they dont work.

Can someone advise what can i check ?? or is it worth taking to some car electronics shop for them to check ??

have you used a test like to check if theres power there?
check the fuse?
check for loose connection and bad grounding?

There is power , everything else works fine in car.
I can check fuse , where should i check for loose connections ? sorry i am newbie in things so dont know where to start with..
