jdm climate control - eg civic

hey guys, just wanted to get some clarification on something.

is it a big job to replace the normal climate control on an EG, to the JDM ones? (the one with the actual temp *C showing...) or is it just plug and play??

You need the whole heater box, sensors and wiring harness behind the dash.

And you need to remove the whole dash to install it too.

oh for real...so the heater box, sensors and wiring harness behind in my eg wont becompatible with just the jdm climate control?

damn, i thought it was plug and play, beside taking the dash out anyway, coz thats deffiantely a given true?!

Not plug and play because the JDM unit is electronic and the AUDM is cable driven.

So you need the wiring and the electronic bits as well.
