engine bogs down

hey guys this might be a stupid question thats why its in here.
but my car wont accelerate smothe. its fine up untill about 3000rmp then it bogs down and picks up again. i cant work it out. any help would be great. cheers.

my civic used to do that - its been covered a few times on here

go buy a bottle of nulon injector/fuel cleaner - wait till the tank is empty - go fill up with 98ron fuel and put in the recommended amount on the bottle of nulon

also buy some throttle body cleaner (or subaru upper engine cleaner if ur a baller) and spray all in your TB and intake manifold

now run the car for about 5 mins and than take it for a drive - after a bit of driving the problem should go away

it will probably come back again if you use crap fuel tho - happens to me if i accidentally put 90ron fuel in my car
