maybe around $500 based on workshop quotes.
no i dont think you will save even more because your car is vti, dont think shops would give more price cut just because your car has little of this and that.

From carby to efi its self -
-changine hard fuel lines
-efi tank
-FP (fuel pump)
-underdash loom
-FP loom/ and wirings etc
Workshop will charge you around $1000-$2000 for labor only
How do I know? Here in sydney, I've quoted around elsewhere and that's the price range for carby to efi conversion.
I ended up doing it my self on my old ED hatch using crx tank and loom and etc.
If you already have an efi car to start off with, its usually a plug and play for shock towers loom. (Wiring wise)
Maybe u gotta re-wire vtec wire to ecu.
And if ur car is a vti, price will stay the same as doing a b series conversion... Afaik ur shock towers loom will plug and play on the b18 loom(since ur vti has already have a vtec wire). Just gotta change ecu which is also a 3 plug.

Another bonus of a efi car is ( on the Eg civic range)
That it has 4 wheel discs standard - and legally you can simply upgrade the fronts to 262mm discs off a ek4/eg6/dc2 etc to meet towing standards with the chassis and engine size.
