Tools needed:
knife/cuter/solder upto u
rear strut bar
screwdrivers
ciggys and drink

Installing ur rear strut bar/brace for ek noobies ( easily same thing as other hondas eg,dc,crx etc )

first
open ur boot and remove any subs or junk you have lying around.

Optional to remove carpet or anything else you choose to

second

Remove speaker grill covers and speakers if you have any, theyl just be phillips screws holding them in easy done.

you will then be able to view the top of your strut and the 2 bolts you need to remove.

carefully tuck any wires close to the trim because you will need to cut or melt through the plastic.

third

measure or mark a rectangle shape so its visible and enough room to loosen the 2 x 14 nuts and fit the strut bar. i personally didnt care so i just freehanded it. Then with your weapon of choice cut/melt through...i used a old soldering iron which loves melting through plastic ;) but if you want to be neater you can use a knife and measure what your doing.

fourth

you will see 2 14mm nuts..you need to loosen and take these off so you can fit your strut bar. Do all these steps to the other side then place your strut bar how you want it.

fifth

place the 14mm nuts back on and tighten. i didnt use a specific torque but being suspension as tight as possibly fit without damaging it.. i personally couldnt get much leverage from tightening through my cut out so i used an extension and from where the speaker would sit i tightened them. Tighten your strut bar links if it has any.

sixth

Place everything back together and roadtest. I felt a big difference over bumpy roads and cornering. I also installed my engine strut bar also have a b pillar and lower tie bar strut bars to go in.

That's a rear strut bar, not a c-pillar.

By the way they are adjustable and you can remove the mounts, I did my mates and we cut a square about 2cms in diameter and fit it from the back..Nothing worse than having a big square lol.
