My fd has jc project spec pro coilovers fitted in them. When I have passengers at the back they tell me that the suspension is hard. When I ride over bumps even small ones it makes a bang noise. When I have no passenger at the back it's fine. So obviously the reason is the weight at the rear. When I checked the damper levels.. it's been adjusted to the maximum softness.. which I know it shouldn't be but it is, and still feels hard and bumpy. Should my damper adjustments be towards the - or + should I be adjusting it to be more stiffer?
Please help, everytime it bangs it hurts >.<

You should be adjusting the damper levels to - MINUS to be making damping softer. And from the sounds of it your coilovers needs to be rebuilt as its not dampening bumps properly. Are these coilovers used or brand new?

Theses were already on the car when bought. I have no idea how old they are but the cars done 35,000 mileage. I expect them to be atleast 10k-20k old.
