any1 kno if a 2.5 inch exhust tip inlet would fit straight onto the stock exhaust of 5th gen exhaust im starting to hate this stock twin tip lol

they can put a flange piece on to make it fit mate

Stock 5th Gen pipes are 2.25".
And as 28RAG says, you can use a flange to fit it. :)

I think he is asking whether he can put a single 2.5 tip onto the back of the stock muffler...

I dont know whether that is possible, but you could probably put one oval tip on there (something that covers both holes). Should only cost around $60 too (i got 2 x 2.5" tips with adapter flanges welded on for $60)

thanks heaps ppl, think im gona rip of that muffler and just put like a barrel on there lol something different. Hope the car doesnt get really loud and ugly.

Just to add this bit of useless information.

The CD4 (f20b) and CD3 (f18b) 5th gen jdm accords only have one tip instead of the two. I've seen one up close and it looks like they just welded (nicely) over the second hole (the one on the left, looking at the rear from behind the car).

All from the factory appear to be done this way.

Stock 5th gen pipes are not 2.25". they are 1.75".

ive got a canon on mine and its got a very nice tone to it, not loud but a nice rumble @ idle, the air intake makes all the noise
