Alternator recondition (update)

Hey guys,
Got my alternator reconditioned twice at the same place, got it back same day & it still reads 12.8v-13.00v on the battery when the car is switched on :S
New battery put in 2 days old, so it cant be the battery.

Isnt 12.8v-13.00v too low ?

also 13.00v is the max volts recorded when revd.

any idea?

Update:

isnt this still too low?

Nopz, wouldnt know how to test it from the alternator.

12.9 is that idle? pump the revs should see it go up to about 13.9

put load on it turbn on lights and see if it drops

Yupz i switch on the lights and it drops.

when i rev the car it goes up to the best of 12.94v and slowly goes back down to 12.8XXv which it currently sits at.

ive never managed to get a reading in the 13 mark.

Update
