well got the car on the dyno again and this time boosted it up to 18psi.
the final result is 277hp atw (207.75kw) and 1100lb of torque with a few little problems i gotta sort out this week so i can dyno it again.
-The vtec was working and then it wasn't (lost 10hp),
-The tyres are slipping on the dyno cos one is fu**ed and its not contacting ( i know, who heard of tyres spinning at 280hp? its true cos the tyres were really sticky and had dyno roller markings on them and there was rough patches on the dyno graph up top where it was losing traction)
-Exhaust is holding heaps of pressure cos its a baffled muffler. Tuner knew this cos when he put 5degrees of timing in it only made 7hp instead of 50hp.
-also havent played with cam gears yet
have the dyno chart but scanner isn't working. will get pics up soon.
Fingers crossed till the final tune.

Get them to tie down the car properly. I have seen cars make in excess of 400hp with no spin.
My other car makes 332hp and will spin and go sideways coming onto boost if its not tied down properly.

that number is usually tractive effort, and not the proper torque figure ;)

28rag: wheres the details on the honda cruise?
poid: thats not bad considering f22a and the amount u spent. i think my figures are abit low for the amount of work i've done. i'm a little bit dissappointed.
