Basically what happened was I was turning a corner, stuck too close to the kerb and it made contact with the LHS side-skirt and the rear of it is now falling off. Although theres nothing a little bit of tape cant fix :D I just want to replace it cause it just doesnt look right with the tape atm.

Had the Honda Artarmon dealer give me a quote of $550 to fit a replacement which seemed a little bit expensive so I'm looking to maybe DIY it. Has anyone tried replacing the side skirts? Is it hard to do and find parts for? Or do you have to order the part through Honda?

Its an auto 03 VTI-S in ice blue. We had it since new (now at 120k km) and its been a great car apart from having to replace the fuel tank, radiator and air con matrix (seperate incidents, all deciding to spring a leak, the roads are rough here in the lower north shore...) Luckily the CVT is still going good with oil change every 10k service. Also a few last questions, the blue dot on the 'J' at the back has come off after bringing it to a car wash, anyone know where to find those? And also the size of the front wipers (streaking quite badly atm)?

I bought the Honda bodykit for my VTI a few years back ( chin spoiler, side skirts, rear wing ), and it wasn't that hard to fit really. The hardest was the rear wing, because you needed to drill a few holes. The whole kit cost around $1000 at the time.

try using cable ties to attach it back onto the chassis, if not then try the wreckers for parts. as for the badge you would need to purchase the whole Jazz badge, that could be found on ebay although fit badges are more popular
