that is if the civic already hs a B16A???? but it should still be able to go in!

the reason im asking is the fact ive got a d16y4
i was thinking i may need a new gear box too but couldnt use the integra 1

Im asuming you mean from the Xsi Integra .. into a EG Civic?..

Remember it is illegal to put an OLDER engine into a NEWER chassis..
The engine must be the same year or newer than the chassis your wanting to use.

So unless your talkin about an ED/EF Civic, then its not legal.

I just posted up a b16a FAQ (http://www.ozhonda.com/forum/showthread.php?p=192890&posted=1#post192890) yday, hopefully you can find some info your after there!

sounds like u have an EK right? Cxi is like a 96 onwards? if my Civic knowledge is good enough...

in that case anything out of a VtiR should be good. Anything out of a CRX will be too old as they finished making them in 96 with the B16As.

sounds like a 96+ B16A is the way to go for you..
