Recently I got a 06 Euro from a local Nissan dealer, later, I found my car come with the '2000 rpm vibration' issue.

When I took the car back to Nissan, they respected me, inspected the car carefully and found everything is perfect, nothing wrong. Even I told them probably the problem of drive shaft and CV alex, they couldn't fault the car.

In this case, I have to let it go cause the '2000 rpm vibration' doesn't always happen and I found it difficult to show them in the test drive.

They told me to bring the car to any Honda dealer for a comprehensive inspection and if there is any problem. they(Nissan dealer) will fix it for me for free under the statutory warranty.

My question is, could I just bring the car to a Honda dealer and ask for a inspection and report? Is it free or I need to pay? Can I only tell Honda dealer something wrong with the car plz check and tell me what's going on and quote me the price but don't do anything before my permission?

Best regards

i think it possible that they will do the inspection only if you ask them too, with the cost for the inspection i dont know the price, but there some faulty after the inspection then bring it back to wher you bought it with the report, ask them to fix it an pay for the inspection fee that you had pay for.
as you say it still under statutory warranty.
thats how i see it, correct me if im wrong.
Good Luck
