What is needed to go five lug?

Hey guys, i have a prefacelift integra vtir.. Looking at going five lug. What parts is needed etc? Thanks so much

all you need is the hubs,disc, caliper, pads,
rear arm, hub, disc , caliper and pads

everything else is interchangable
