horn wiring usually goes with the srs power,,
clock spring is a round piece of plastic for srs

So like i went to wreckers and i had a look at the eg clock spring. it had 4 cables + plugs running out of it. 2 yellow ones 1 grey and a black one.
Im assuming 1 yellow one is to the srs in
1 yellow is srs out
grey is horn out
black is horn in?
But my SRS airbag only has one yellow cable/plug out of it. so i was wondering whats going on. Do i have non eg wheel? Cause the wrecker showed me like 3 clock springs from eg and they were all the same.

OK so im thinking that maybe gli, vti,si,gl EGs have different clock springs possibly?
Cause my steering wheel is definately 100% OEM eg GLI and the clock spring was from "EG"dunno which model.
anyone nkox anythinga bout this? internet doesnt have much nor does ozhonda. =/

hmm weird, looks like the clockspring that you need has to have a female connector on the back and front.

Yes it is weird...
cause i've figured it out. My steering wheel is Ek one. its for 4 spokes, i searched on carsales all the EG GLi's have 3 spokes. gg

ahh thats why, steering wheel with airbag should be cheap anyways for a eg.

Wow really? I've seen so many eg's with the 4-spoke wheel I always assumed the 4-spoke was the airbag and 3-spoke was non-airbag

Was it? GLi comes with airbag does it not? cause my srs light is on lol

I have a feeling it depends on the year because my 93 VTI doesn't have an airbag so maybe it wasn't standard until 94/95?

check carsales. i checked like 10 of the eg GLi and they were all 3 spoke. and the Eks were 4 spoke. IM pretty lost myself lol. Either way i should just get an EG steering wheel to put this at peace.

Hmm I just had a look and I found a few with each kind of steering wheel, some listed with airbag and some without. Now I'm more confused than ever lol
Will be interesting to see how this one works out

Drivers Airbag was standard on late 94 - 95 EG's. They were ALL 4 spoke. If you look up 95 model EG's they should all have 4 spoke airbag wheels.
3 spoke wheels are NON airbag.
But it is possible you have an EK airbag steering wheel because from the outside they look the same as EG airbag wheeel
