LED STRIP ON Civic EJ8 need help

just wondering if anyone could tell me where the wire can link up to, since i cant/ don't know where the dome light fuse at...

if thats no help. cause i know i couldnt really find the plug on my dc5. what im told from a auto elec is that you connect the positive to constant power (ie. from the stereo or something) and negative to the door switch. that way only the light with the specific door will activate.

follow the dome light wires to the fuse.

attach the positive to the fuse
attach negative to ground

and done!

ohh i just cant find the dome light wires , thats why haha i want it to be on when i open the door =] i mean i don't know which one is dome light wire cause i cant track it, too much wires around T_T

well, look at the schematic wiring diagram.

or you could take off the light and loook at the wires, tap into those and use a fish wire to re route back to the led!

If EJ8 fuseboxes are the same as my EK1, then the dome light should be a green plug with wires coming out of it.

Check out the link that Uproar posted, the green plug in the Jazz is the same as the green plug in the EK1 as far as I can remember.
