4 into 1 headers are they way to go. Expect a 1K ish figure give or take. If your high roller you can get it ceramic coated aswell. So there's not that much heat irradiating from the header. Which is good if you have SRI - Short ram intake. As for an exhaust a full exhaust is ideal but a catback will suffice if your budget is restricted. Aim for a 2.5 inch size. SRI - the air pod stays in the engine bay. CAI - the air pod sticks out to under the engine behind the front bumper. So the CAI will give you access to more air which wont be contaminated by engine heat like a SRI. BUT BE VARY CAREFUL about hydraulic lock. Its when your CAI sucks up water cause its exposed. The water gets into your engines combustion chamber, build pressures and the engine seizes up if your lucky. IF your unlucky like me the engine will blow and you have internals that need rebuilding.
If you found this helpful rep me. Ty

Try JDM yard. They have an Injen CAI that you can turn into a SRI. You can also make a SRI with parts you'll find in AutoBarn. It'll be cheap. They sell K&N air pods, and i remember seeing piping when I was there. Also with a SRI you'll get defected, because the air pod is exposed. A CAI is also exposed but its hidden so the coppers dont care.
