What size rims + tires you guys think i should go for? My plans are to put a body kit on soon also (not widebody).
Im thinking 17x8.5 rear 17x7.5 front but im woried it might look bit too small.
Any suggestions on rims and tire SIZES would be apreciated, thanks.

Be wary of offsets when matching front and rear wheels to an S2K.

Hop on to www.s2ki.com and have a look at what other S owners have chosen for their rides.

btw, what color S do you have?

If it was me, I'd go Advan RG (Gold) or SSR Type-C (Gold). :)

Volk Racing rims are da bomb. CE28N are the ones i have . 17"... 18 inch TE37 are also good, but i think they look too big.. 17inch is the way to go.

um...is it hard to find rims for an s2k?? as in not alot of rims are suited to it due to offset or stud pattern?

ahh... I remember ya...well your car anyways at the Donny meet for the Sorrento cruise. :)

Since she's black, then definitely the Gold Advan RG! :) But up to you really, your car, your money!

Good luck with it.

Go 18's, I think personally that 18's are the perfect size for an S2000. Like most have said though it is rather hard to find wheels with the same off-set and stud pattern but they are around.

it is very hard to find 2nd hand rims for s2k. they have a very funny offset. (can't remember off the top of my head what they are). but i had a lot of trouble looking for rims for my s2k previously. ended up buying brand new. offset for the rims must be exact, if not the car's handling would be affected. :)

i have a set of 19s lowernhart LD1 chromies on mine and i rekon they look just fine. not to big and not to small.

i dont have any problems with the wheels rubbing on the inner guard. i have the car lowered with H & R coiloevrs, setting is almost to the bottom
not sure of the offset though. it was a special order for the s2000 when i bought it like 4yrs ago. they had to go and measure it cause they never sold one for a s2000 before.

Have a look at the volk racing re30 or c28n. their offset is pretty close to factory. thinking of getting the re30 myself.

OH and go 18 inch! work meisters 2 piece.
they are my dream rim but they are expensive
got qouted $3280 for a set of them
volk racing te37s will look weak on the offset s2000s have
i have replicas with +40 offset and they concave a tiny bit
but not much. offset is tuff but
