Hey, I dont recommend both any for that engine, also if your on a tight budget i would recommend N*Power Stainless 4-2-1 headers from Ebay. Really value for money with almost the same performance. I've got one and my friend has the X-Force, X-force is alot dearer, the other is just simply priced lower different name and does the same job.
But if your just on a spending spree its totally up to you. I would say they about all the same due to engine. IF you want oiwer boost it :) or B swap.

n power, does the job well, although you'll need to customize them to improve their down pipe (add flexijoint)
I've had these for years, good value for money, think 4 years ago I paid $170 delivered

they're on ebay, at least they used to be hugely popular
you'll need to take it to a muffler shop, upgrading your cat and total line to 2" is very advisable to notice the gains

I can't say it'll fit stock as when I got the headers I had them cut at the flange to run a flexijoint to the new cat then built a whole new system
I'd just be using one from the muffler shop theyre not overly expensive for a s/s cat

i was just thinking if i can just get the header, then get a high flow cat then connect to my Xforce twinlop exhaust
would that be a good idea?
if so what high flow cat will be good :S
the ebay link i show u, is that the right one?

sounds like it will work as long as all components are the same pipe diameter otherwise your muffler shop will need to throw in some reducers to make up the difference in diameters
you'd be better off getting the headers, the twin loop muffler and going to the workshop with them all and having them throw in a cat and do the piping

i have n*power 4-2-1 header > 2.5" magnaflow cat > 2.5" catback with one hotdog resonator > 2.5" Xforce S12 Twinloop and its a good system
the cat gives off a bit of a buzz - and the entire system is stainless so it does sound a bit tinny - but for a 2.5" on a D series its damn good
i would go 2.25" if u can tho
