When going all out, what's the best shift point for B16a stock (or I,H or E) with no Ecu tune? In my experience, i go 8400 (b16a2 cut out), thats when i shift from 1st to second.

IMO shift pretty much as high as you can or close to it. The B16A gear ratios are a bit longer than the ITR boxes so it's best to keep your revs up as much as possible to stay in the power band. Also you get most of your power up high, so the higher you can keep it (when you shift up) the better you should accelerate.
I used to shift at about 8200-8400 in my JDM B16A but now that it's built I just shift at 9000 when I'm having fun.
Just be wary of the extra strain on your synchros when shifting at higher revs coz obviously they'll wear faster.

I know its a bit old but this may help:
Shift point is automatically calculated (torque vs hp)
, just select your wheels, tranny and engine. It then tells you your ratio, rpms and best shift point.
(Obviously evry car is different though)
