misfire issues, need help on testing distributor.

dear to everyone
I brought a Honda civic cxi 7 months ago and recently did misfire sometime when the car engine is hot and rpm less than 4000,
The spark lead, spark plug, coil been replace, I am thinking do some test on distributor to see if any other part in distributor is faulty.
I am a noob to mechanic, could anyone please list of tool that I need and specific step to test the distributor? I will be very appreciate.

you can check your dizzy cap and rotor.
for the rotor if you dont see a metallic shine on the contact try sanding it
and for the cap you can check the contacts for white corrosion

It might be the Dizzy cap - give it a good clean if not change it
