Need some info on din gauge sizes but cant find any info on it.
Looking for some 52mm gauges. Does anyone know how big the green part is?
A=52mm
Green line = ???

With those triple din panels out there, are the holes 52mm or slightly smaller so the gauge face will stop it from falling through?

if the gauge panel says it suits 52mm gauges it will suit 52mm gauges. The round lip on the front of the gauge will centre the gauges and prevent it from falling through

Green line is 52mm.

Some pods come tight so you need to file it out a bit so it can then be a snug fit.

so that means A line is about 54-55mm? Bummer. My single din slots only measures 52mm max :(

i always thought the face (A) was 52mm not the green part. That means i probably cant get gauges for my spare slot :(

if a was 52mm ( 2inch) wouldnt it just fall through the slot?

so there for it will fit

i thought the holes were smaller than 52mm to fit the back part of the gauge and the face being 52mm to stop it from falling through. Most-all of the din panels are advertised will fit a 52mm but doesnt say how big the hole is.
Oh well, need to look for an alternative

I just measured an autometer gauge I have and the "green" line you highlighted is about 51.8mm in diameter. Still not sure what the prob is. If the panel suits 52mm or 2" gauges it will work fine

ok. sorry if i didnt explain it clearly.
I have always thought 52mm was the face of the gauge (A). But the replies above states the GREEN is 52mm, therefore the face must be about 54mm-56mm (correct)? The height of the din panel would also be this size or 1-2mm bigger.
Currently i have about 51mm gap in my 2 din slot, one taken up by my headunit. This means by getting the above din plate with gauges, it will not fit into my current slot.
So its not whether the gauge will fit the panel, its the panel fitting into my spare slot.
