s2000 wheel offset help!

hi guys..
im thinking about getting some wheels for my s2k from a friend but need advice if it will fit my car.

front 19x9 + 38 offset with 235/35/19
rears 19x9.5 + 38 offset with 245/35/19

just a quick question, are you going to do any body work to it? like... rolling the fender, pulling the fender, relocating the bumper tab
