Hey, I have just swapped my D15B7 in my EG8 sedan to a B16A that my mate sold me. I have added in the wires for the knock sensor and the vtec solenoid/pressure switch as well but when i started it it brought the engine light on. I then checked the ECU for the codes and got 20 and 41 which indicate the Electrical Load Detector (ELD) and Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) Heater. The car starts and idles fine but when i drive it runs really poorly, im pretty sure this might be due to the O2 sensor not sending the correct data for the ECU to inject the right fuel-to-air ratio required or whatever the ELD is doing as well. I was just wondering if anyone had the same issues and what you done to fix it.
Thanks in advance.

I presume you are using the correct ECU for the motor?
If you're getting those codes either something is wrong with the wiring or with those particular components. Follow the test procedures in the FSM to check the ELD and oxygen sensor themselves.
Was the motor ever used before you got it? or was it sitting in your mates garage and he then sold it to you?
Tom... DO A SEARCH !! there's about 10 threads of this exact problem..
the issue is you're using a JDM motor in an AUS-spec chassis.. and sounds like you're using the D15 harness ? even if u use the JDM engine harness, it is not 100% compatible with the AUS cabin harness.
if you do a search for threads by myself there should be a whole thread dedicated to this ELD and O2 sensor issue.
I cant remember the specifics but I basically wired the MAP sensor and O2 sensor directly to the ECU and sourced an underhood fuse-box from a JDM ITR as it has the ELD inside the fuse box. I then wired the ELD to the ECU directly adn also an earth and there's another wire that connects to the PGMFi Main Relay but I havnt done that one yet. there are no codes anymore however I dont think the ELD has full functionality but this doesnt effect performance apart from at idle.
the Os sensor heater wire will be the most fun to figure out as it changes wire colour from thr sensor to the harness to the engine bay plugs to the ECU pinouts.. search for a DiY on that one.

i have done many searches but cant seem to find what i am looking for. strange that it is throwing the eld code because i know someone that did the exact conversion into a 93 SI, and he did not have to change the fuse box. I have also noticed that on one of my main cabin harness plugs that plugs to engine harness on the passenger side in the engine bay. it is missing 2 wires. they are blanked off at the cabin plug. My mates eg6 has these wires already. could that be the o2 heater wire?
