hey guys,

i have a late 2004 model s2000 that i was thinking of selling soon. its silver in colour has about 40 000 on the odo and is completly standard except for the rims (18 inch rays g games) and is in pritty good condition. i was just wondering what price i should advertise it for or how much i could expect to get for it. if any 1 can help.

cheers

I'd try redbook.com.au for starters as a rough estimate. As with any car that's a few years old there is a big variance in examples. Quite a few performance based cars are subject to accidents with less than ideal repairs, some spend most of their lives in garages in pristine condition, others are parked through the seasons on the kerbside. Some have a full service history some have none whatsoever. In combinations these points can cause big differences in what price you can snare.

There is also a fair representation of s2000's on carsales.com.au - judge where you might fit according to your car.

given that a honda dealership offerred me $38k for my 05 with 80k on it, you should be looking at easy 40s.
