you mean proportioner ( the thing on the firewall?)

Someone can correct me here but the EK4 / EM1 have the same master cylinder piston size (13/14th of an inch?) and so does the sedan EK1 and later hatch EK1s too. They also all share teh same front and rear disc size.

em1 and ek1(sedan facelift) are 15/16
not sure about earlier models

^ confirming above, em1/ek4 master cylinder is indeed 15/16

why does it matter?

13/14 = 0.9285
15/16 = 0.9375

0.009" in difference. dont think it matters at all.
plus, like stated before they have same brake size from factory.

so whats the problem? dont you just look you bmc, see what size it is and get whatever that is the same size?
when swapping bmc, make sure you bench bleed before connecting them to the hard lines.

learnt this bench bleed from vinnY, i wouldve been in shit hole if he didnt tell me that.

yeah thats what im saying, you can see the size of brake cylinder by looking at the item.
the size is cast stamped on the BMC.

1" will be a number 1 inside a circle, 15/16" will be a 15/16 inside a circle. check it.

my guess is they have same size, considering they have same brake size. good luck.
