no unless you have been told other wise. if you have lost your lisence for something in particular u may have a restriction of only 1 passenger no matter if its friend OR family
well in victoria anyway haha

l0l no green ps can have as many..if u loose ur license they make u restart ur reds and ur only allowed 1 passanger i no becoz its happened to me
