cleaning mugen airbox filter

can u clean the mugen box, filter with the k&n cleaning kit?

if its a dry filter than i would just use an air compressor

Depends which filter, the older ones werent washable.

New ones are from KnN and you can wash them withteh KnN cleaning kit.

oh right, so if i open my box would it have a K&N stamp on the filter?

If the filter is previously oiled up ( red colour ) it's usually KnN.

oh alright thanks, so i assume if its the yellowy filter its not cleanable, got it. thanks.

actually one last question, i can just obviously buy a K&N filter that will fit and use it right? rather then buying a another filter which costs like 300$ or someshit from mugen.
