Coilover Setup and Dampening settings

Hi Guys

I'm just about to do some light track work (superkhana) and I just wanted to know how some people have set up these coilovers like dampening and stuff like that because Ap1's have a tendancy to oversteer a little. Atm I am running Stockish s2k with Buddy clubs N+ (15 way dampening) with the fronts set up on about 8 and the rears softer on about 6. Any one tracking and have recommendations?

Noone can help u on that mate its all personal pref. and how you drive start on the softest all round and go higher each session. Adjust the damper according to if ur car is understeering or over and find the perfect balance for u.

i took my s on the track for the first time on the w/e and set my coilover's to about 2/3 total stifness, although my coilover's and tyres will be completely different to your so pretty much what vyet's said is correct
