Just lately Ive been noticing a croak/grunt noise when changing gears fast or at high revs. If I change gears slowly it doesn't make the noise (ie release the throttle and depress clutch in a relaxed manner). It isnt that loud but when you are travelling on a quiet street it is definitely noticeable. It also only seems to happen once the car is warm.

Has anyone else experienced this? Im guessing its a clutch bearing causing the noise? Is it just one of those harmless but annoying problems?

Cheers

KMs on the car? When did you last have the gear oil changed?

Its only done 59000kms, had all services done by Honda but not sure if the gearbox oil is due to be changed yet.
