Passenger door speakers blown - no sound at all

hi guys,

i have recently just found out my passenger door speakers are blown, they dont have any sound coming out from it.

Are there any recommendations where I can fix it? or I can fix it myself??

Anywhere in Sydney is fine & a reasonable price.

is it a cu2? if so common problem
already had mine replaced at the dealer for free under warranty twice
its already blown again, i havent bothered to replace it again for 6 months cause ive been busy
but to answer ur question, if ur car is under warranty, the dealer is the place to go. cause it will be free

Seems that he has a CL9 which has the speaker mesh in passenger doors but no speakers standardly installed

There are no speakers in the rear passenger doors.

There are speakers in the front but not back. You can take your car to any audio shop. Get a few prices of speakers supplied and fitted or if you want you can buy the speakers and have a go at ftting them yourself. They aren't too hard to do.

Yup for cl9, for some reason Honda didn't install the speakers on the passenger doors. CL9 only has 6 speakers (if i am not mistaken)

Yep only 6. A set of splits up front and 6x9's in the parcel tray section

Yep mine is a 05 cl9. Forgot to put that in, never knew it wasn't a speaker in the passenger door. Cause it looks like a speaker cover on the foot of the passenger door & normally it has sound coming put of it. 6 speakers 2 at the front, 2 on passenger door & 2 at the very back. I've just got the standard cl9 nothing has been done to it.

wow, looks like i need to check my one. Did you ask the dealer why is it so fragile?

check your connextions, my drivers door went caput, as a result of corrosion on the terminals, via having too many ciggies out the window while driving in the rain :(
