Can I... 4th gen Prelude wheels on 6th gen Accord?

Hey dudes, I've got a stock 98 Accord 4 cyl with the 4 stud steel wheels and I was wanting to put something nicer on there. I've got ahold of some 15" alloy wheels from a 4th gen Prelude and I was wondering how they'd go. Afaik the wheels are almost exactly the same, except that the stock ones are 6" wide and the ones from the Prelude are 6.5".

I've done a forum search and there's a lot of posts mainly relating to doing a 5 stud conversion on the Accord but not much relating to my question. Does anyone know if I'll have to do anything major to use these wheels? Also, will I have to make any changes to my tire size?
