DC2R Clutch Making a Clicking Noise on the way down pressing in.

Anyone know how to get rid of the click or what the issue is?

thrust bearing? can you explain further? grinding noise? only when clutch pressed? noise when driving?

no grinding a simple click noise coming from the actual clutch pedal i can feel the click when pressed to bottom on the way down

i use to have this problem. comes and goes..

i ended up changing my CMC and slave and havnt had it since (parts and labour cost me $300 at honda dealership)
