LS engine conversion? vtir motor?

hey guys there must be heaps of threads and psot about this but will a b18c drop right straight into the LS... i just wanna get a rough idea about it

You are right with your first statement...

In short, yes it will drop right in. You need ECU etc and use a close ratio B16 cable gearbox or get a cabe to hydro conversion

couldnt he just use the b18c tranny if it comes with the motor?

Yes, that's why the cable to hydo conversion kit for the clutch cable, available from Hasport or a number of other manufacturers.

I did the B16 Y1 box, as my motor came without a gearbox, making it the easier solution for me at the time.
