why would you want to recondition it?.
buying a second hand one will cost way cheaper
or even a brand new aftermarket one can be had for 100-200 bucks for hondas
or full aliminium half radiators for 99 including postage on ebay

i would rather a reconditioned radiator than a 2nd hand one as the condition would be unknown..
and i dont know how well the cheaper aftermarket radiators perform
do u rekon a 2nd hand one would do? cos id prefer to get an oem one

whats wrong with the radiator? is it leaking,? is it blocked?
the labour they charge to repair any radiator around western sydney ranges from 80-110 an hour depending if its ali or not
the aftermarket radiators usually comes with 12-24 months warranty
not worth the penny to repair these days could be bought cheaper..

eBay one's for the most part, are O.K to use. I've had mine for a while now and have competed in 9 track days without fault. Do what na-118 said, replace it with a 2nd hand one or new eBay.

reconditioning radiators isnt actually the best thing you can do to it.
The fins and water channels are so fine and fragile that its very easy to damage it, so if the person doesnt take care then it can damage the inside of the radiator.
Not only this, but if there is corrosion inside of it, then cleaning it out will simply strip the corossion out, and sometimes its this corrosion, or even build up that is holding the radiator together.
Youd be looking at atleast 200 to get a rad recoed, with no guarantee that itd even be any better than it was.
