hello,

just wanted to know the varying differences between the 1999,2000,2001,2002,2003 and 2004 model s2k's. I have tried the search function and www.s2ki.com (http://www.s2ki.com) but not enough info was found.

thanks

off the top of my head,

the '02 and up gets glass rear windows, while models before that gets the plastic rear window.

cd stacker introduced in the '01 models and up ( i think!)

tranny/clutch issue resolved from the '02 models and up.

facelift and 17" stock wheels for '04 models.

all i can think of for now.
There's like a dedicated page/thread on s2ki with all the differences. Search harder ;)

:)

Ive heard of issues with the early 99 models and the rear of the chassis.
They tested the 99 and 00 on a track in Japan and found the 00+ to be 1 second faster.

yep i saw the page on s2ki, although it was informative it doesnt show info that is relvant to what im after. Im jus curious of the differences amongst the 99 model compared to the 2000,2001,2002 the s2ki page only discusses abt the 2000 onwards.

read this i found this interesting

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Honda_S2000

"The 2004 model introduced newly designed 17" wheels and Bridgestone RE-050 tires along with a retuned suspension that reduced the car's tendency to oversteer."

04 + models are for n00bs imo!
