exhaust manifold gasket

if i take of the headers to install a new O2 sensor do i have to put some exhaust sealant on the gasket if i am going to reuse the original one? thanks

if the gasket is the original metal multi layered one and still looks like its in great condition, just give it a wipe and re-use it, NO sealant needed
