My Radiator Fan Turns on only when my A/C is on is it supposes to be on even if it my A/C is off ?

Quick answer to your question, so long as your radiator indicator does not point to High or in the hot zone, I don't see u have the need to worry about it...

inb4closed. Fan should only come on during use of ac or your cars stationary its kept on for over 10mins like eg youve flushed coolant and topped up.
